Posted - May 08 2008 : 2:38:06 PM Hi ennoid,
Your issue should arrive any day. We have your name and address on file. Sorry for the 2 bills arriving prior to your first issue. It's not supposed to work that way but the Post Office sometimes behaves in funny ways.
As for the customer service email address for MaryJanesFarm magazine, it is maryjanesfarmwebcs@palmcoastd.com
I just tested the email and it is functioning properly. Could have been down when you tried. Sorry.

Posted - May 08 2008 : 11:15:11 AM I've received two invoices so far and no magazine. I sent an email to 'maryjanesfarmwebcs@palmcoastd.com' as Greg indicated to do, but it bounced back as undeliverable so I resent it to 'customer_service@belvoir.com'. I hate to pay the invoice and somehow not receive the magazine. |

Posted - May 05 2008 : 12:25:03 PM I got my magazine today...ordered it on the telephone on April 22... so it only took 14 days to show up..that's good service for that type of order.
Just thought I'd post that info for the ones that will order just a "single issue" of the magazine.

Posted - May 01 2008 : 11:04:53 AM Hello - I handle the subscription and single copy marketing of MaryJanesFarm. What does that mean? I spread the word about MaryJane and her Farmgirl mission through the mail, internet and newsstands. It’s my job to make sure everyone is paid-up on their subscription and keeps getting their copy of MaryJanesFarm throughout the year.
Reading some of your posts and listening to our customer service reps, it looks like we’re in the middle of some growing pains. MaryJanesFarm is now publishing 6 times a year, with 4 issues coming out in 2008 and 6 a year, thereafter. Many of you subscribed to the magazine through a solicitation made in November of 2007. And many of you heard about the relaunch of the magazine from your friends.
Some of you eagerly asked to be put on the subscription file and we happily did so. Some of you simply asked for a sample copy of the next issue. I fear that we misread the intentions of many of you and did not get all of your names and addresses onto our mailing list.
Over the past 6 months, MaryJanes’ staff in Idaho has gathered hundreds of names and addresses of folks either looking to subscribe or wanting a sample issue. I have this list and am in the process of mailing every person on it the new issue of MaryJanesFarm and adding them to the subscriber list. (For some of you, this will be a duplicate copy. Enjoy the second copy yourself or pass it on to a friend.)
Anyone receiving a copy of MaryJanesFarm you will also receive an invoice for $19.95 (the subscription price for a one year, 6 issue subscription. The first copy is included in the subscription.) If MaryJanesFarm is everything you expected and you wish to continue receiving it, please pay the invoice as instructed. If you’d rather not subscribe, simply write “No thanks” on the invoice and return it in the envelope provided. Keep the first issue with my compliments.
If you have not contacted MaryJane about subscribing in the past and would like to, please place an order online at:
https://secure.palmcoastd.com/pcd/eSv?iMagId=01002&i4Ky=IMJF
Any questions about your subscription can be emailed to:
maryjanesfarmwebcs@palmcoastd.com
One final note – now that MaryJanesFarm magazine is up and running again, any new subscription order placed (via the phone, email, website or mail) takes some time to get processed. From your hands to our computer system to a mailing label to the front of the magazine, into the mail to (finally!) your mailbox, takes some time. Roughly 3 weeks or so. I appreciate your patience. I think the magazine is worth the wait.
Greg
PS The new issue is being called our “Summer Issue”. I realize it’s not summer yet but it’s designed to hold you over until early July when the next issue, the “August/September” issue will arrive.
Give a gift subscription to MaryJanesFarm! Go to the Subscribe section of the website. |

Posted - Apr 29 2008 : 07:29:32 AM It's time for the farmgirl subscription posse to saddle up!
If you've sent in a card or called or sent an email and you still don't have a copy of the magazine (or worse yet, paid the bill!), we want to double-check the mail list for your name. Please email Belvoir your name and address and they'll get back to you promptly: customer_service@belvoir.com
Go ahead and copy us on your email: iris@maryjanesfarm.org
The only way for us to check at this point is to get the name and address you used when you signed up!
As soon as we know any specifics, we will post!!!

Posted - Apr 28 2008 : 04:20:49 AM I picked up a few copies for gifts at the Schuler Books store north of Grand Rapids yesterday. The clerk said, (a little snottily, I thought) "Did you get them all?" I told her I left a few and she was a little mollified. She hadn't had time to look at one yet. Evidently they have sold out early in the past and can't get enough to satisfy all their customers! She said she was going to go over and get one on her break!

Posted - Apr 26 2008 : 5:53:22 PM Denise, Darling, I am so happy it worked for someone! But, are you sure it isn't your voice that did the trick? I think that my song isn't the problem it is the singer....but i will continue to sing if enough farmgirls think i should...of course, I am convinced that all the farmerettes that think i should keep singing, can't possibly hear me from there...

Posted - Apr 26 2008 : 5:08:13 PM Karen, I was thinking of your singing while hanging out my clothes this morning. As I looked up who should I see but our mail lady so.......... I started singing and guess what mine was in the box today. So don't stop I'm sure it must be on it's way to you.
I did notice that inside the issue it says that if you subscribe you can receive the next 6 issues so I don't think it counts the free one. I was thinking about calling the publisher to find out for sure. I know there was some debate about that.
