I know that times are really hard for some, so I have been thinking on this for awhile. I have a nice 1500 hundred sq foot home for rent. 350.00 per month. This house has 3 bedrooms, one bath, living room, dining room, kitchen. It is on a farm, you may have outside animals like cows, chickens or horse etc. can have a large garden. It is very quite here . We would like someone wishing to retire to Ky or family with behaved children. This is a nice home, I built it in 1992, only two families have ever lived in it. All the rooms are bigger than normal. Cost of living is very reasonable here

Suzanne I told you it was one of the best places left in the world to live. I had rather rent for less and have a renter to take care of my property.I really dont see how anyone could survive and pay 1100 a mo for rent.If you go on my blog and roll down there is a pic of my rental house its bigger than the pic shows. It is the house with red shutters

$350 a month! I'm paying $1100 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It's on a half acre and the landlord won't let us garden or have chickens or anything! We're going to call a gal this week who handles USDA loans. Hopefully, we'll qualify then off we go house hunting!!!

Girls, here house to rent is very well worth it. It has 3 room bedrooms, a nice kitchen and dining area, a lovely living area. The bathroom is very big and I slept very well there to say the least. You can sit on the front porch swing and enjoy the country sounds around you. It is a very sweet spot on this earth, that is for sure.

So Miss Wilma, you are changing your sewing house around.....or did I mis understand you girl.....been missing you....

Miss Wilma if you ever offer a country house for rent by the week I will come. Put my name on the list and I will gladly take my next vacation there. I would love to come to your farm and spend time in your part of the country. Tracy

Mis Wilma,
Count me in on the cabin. I think you will have it rented out all the time to farm girls. What a great idea. I love Kentucky and would like to spend about a wekk or two just exploring and poking around. It is just a 1 day drive for me so let us know when you are ready to roll

You are so funny, Miss Wilma, I would love to be 'stacked' in your cabin, especially if there was fabric near by. Your offer, if it extends to just any old farmgal, I would love to take you up on it. I would love to come down from Washington and visit with a bunch of farmgals anytime. It is so unlike me to just jump in like this but farmgals always make me feel at 'home' when I talk with them here. My home is always open to farmgals too. So come up and see beautiful Washington anytime.

Find your joy and live it. http://cheneybaglady.blogspot.com/http://www.kpaints.etsy.com FG #377

Michelle, the weekly rental house is not the one that is so big. I have three houses besides mine. This one is a cabin house type also. I had to leave one to store all the farmgirls in when we get together this fall Ha You know the back wall is lined with 30 inch shelves, I really could stack up a big bunch of us

Michelle, thats what I am going to do as soon as I get the cabin house done, I already have it rented, hopefully I will have it done in about another week. I also have lots of sewing things I will be getting rid of. It will be so much more fun to get out and run around with the farmgirls instead of working all the time. I am still going to make my dolls but am cutting back big time on sewing. Keep in touch I dont have to do a lot to the other house except put in another wall and move all the sewing stuff out, I am just going to put what I want in my attic room and the rest goes.

Kathy if you will send me your address I will send you some pics, you can email me, I could get a lot more rent but in todays times it breaks my heart to hear what people are having to pay for rent, in my little way its just to help someone.I also forgot to say that stove and refrigator are furnished.I have to tell you about our little county, People are very friendly, about the most crime you hear about is somebody getting drunk. Every now and then somebody gets busted for drugs . This is a farming area. When you go into town everyone knows you .No one acts like they are better than you are.I have been here 40 years and wouldnt give up this county for any where in the world. When I go to our little bank they start saying hello Wilma, the banker and employees treat us just like family.I ll have to tell you sometime how they thought I was from LONDON ENGLAND.They didnt know the difference between Eastern Ky talk. If you would like to come down and spend a few days to see if you would like it that would be fine .

Miss Wilma - if I could find a job there I'd move my daughter and I'd be there in a heartbeat. It sounds so lovely. That is exactly the type of thing I am looking for when I retire because I won't have much money to pay for rent. But that won't be for another 5 years or so. Good luck on renting it. I know that whoever moves in will be blessed to have you nearby.

MISS WILMA,
What a great idea, and how lucky for that special person or family that ends up there. It could be me if it wasn't for all the big and little ones here that won't let me go . HA. Glad to see that you seem to be feeling a bit better. We don't like it when you are down.
