Posted - Oct 05 2006 : 2:49:24 PM While this might not be a dish you'd want to bring right now, given the recent spinach scare, this is a sure fire winner of a salad...
Spinach Purple onion, sliced in rings White mushrooms, sliced Tomatoes - either sliced or small grape tomatoes Strawberries, sliced - must be fresh and firm and add to salad right before serving
Drizzle with raspberry viniagrette or other sweet dressing... can also be served with a lime juice and oil dressing. Serve with lime-chili croutons for garnish.
Sometimes I'll add feta cheese, cut into cubes and then tossed into the salad.
