I'm so excited to find this site. I don't normally participate in chat groups, but this one seems to be a fantastic place to hang out! I had to "go to town" last week - about an hour and 15 min. away and while there, I stopped in a bookstore to browse. Luckily for me I came across Mary Jane's book. When I got to the check out counter and the cashier asked me if I had found what I was looking for, I had to grin and enthusiastically nod my head! We spent this holiday weekend "camping out" and I was able to luxuriously lie under the pine trees and feast on that book. What fun! My husband had to go out of town for his work, and so my two teenage daughters and I set up our tent about 400 yards from our house -- down in a ravine so we couldn't see the house from the campsite. That way, we felt like we were on vacation, but we were still here to take care of the garden and chickens. Well, I didn't mean to rattle on so. Just wanted to introduce myself - and got a little carried away! Hee! Hee!
Have a great week!

Welcome Vanessa....

My favorite state! If I could move anywhere Montana would be the place. I used to have plates on my car that said MTBOUND... someday I'll get there :) Welcome to this wonderful group of gals with a lot of great ideas and fun chats!

Welcome Venessa! I love your name, and the name your grandchild gave you! You will love it here! This is the first chat room I ever joined, and as you can see by the number of posts I have made I am hooked! Montana is such a beautiful state! Looking forward to hearing more about your life there! Thank you so much for the "warm welcomes". I hope the weather where you live has been as wonderful as what we've been having! I love the days when its so pleasant outside you just don't want to be indoors. Have a great weekend!

Welcome, Venessa - My two and 1/2 year old granddaughter calls me Nana. I love to hear her little voice say that word.

I love Montana. I look forward to hearing about your life in your farm there. Sounds like you are a "far piece" from town! I want to hear more about what life is like there for you and your family.

Oh, and this is the only place I have ever "chatted", too. I always thought it was iffy, but I post up a storm here!
