Posted - Jun 24 2009 : 7:57:24 PM I began a local chapter just today and have several people in mind to join me. I've got lots of ideas about how to invited them, you know, different things like a summer tea, salad supper, cookout, etc. but not sure which direction I'll go.
Those of you who participate in a local chapter, what kinds of things do you do? Philanthropic? Service? Social?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Posted - Jun 26 2009 : 08:27:05 AM Hmmm, I got my kit in three days. Perhaps you should email them and ask about it! Brian has been very helpful. Try him. I think it's brianogle@maryjanesfarm.org

Posted - Jun 26 2009 : 05:22:04 AM I signed up to start a chapter a couple weeks ago and have been looking for my "kit" to arrive. Does it take a while for it to come? Anyone know? I can't wait to invite some girlfriends over to chat, show them the stuff and decide on our first project! TIA! |

Posted - Jun 25 2009 : 07:54:32 AM I have been thinking about going berry picking, or doing a knitting circle. One of the girls is going to teach everyone how to do "no sew" rag rugs.
