Hello to you all
I live on beautiful PrinceEdward Island, Canada home of Anne of Green Gables. I live very close to a wonderful shop that is packed with Anne treasures... I would be happy to get these things and trade for other trinkets....just let me know

Hi Mella,
I was wondering about that - I was going to email you soon. I'm sure it will get here any time now. Jo from Alaska sent me a parcel about the same time (mid January) and it only arrived a few days ago. I'll keep you updated and if it isn't here in another few weeks, then we'll start to worry!

Hi Linda.....HORRAY!!! you love Anne too! I am so very fortunate to live on "Anne's Island" and it is as beautiful as she says it is!! I would love to send you a thimble. You don't have to knit me anything. Do you have any cookbooks that you would like to part with? We could swap that way if you like. Just let me know. Melanie

Mella, I love Anne of Green Gables. I just watched all the movies on WHMT for the umpteenth time.
I always wanted to go and see the landscape as it was in the movies.
I don't have time to knit anything right now as I am in the middle of making a quilt for my granddaughter and her husband to be. They are getting married in October. I would love to get a thimble for my best friend. Her birthday is in June. I would be willing to send you the money for the thimble and postage.

Hello all.......I was just at the Anne store and there are so many new things...Finally tea cups!!!! Jayne, I have enclosed a tea cup in your parcel! Anyone else still interested in a tea cup, just let me know.....also there were a few of you asking about the Anne books.....Well there are 8 in the series
ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, ANNE OF AVONLEA, ANNE OF THE ISLAND, ANNE OF WINDY POPLARS, ANNES HOUSE OF DREAMS, ANNE OF INGLESIDE, RAINBOW VALLEY, RILA OF INGLESIDE...... the books sell for $5-6 each or $45.00 for the set....just letting you know for anyone that is interested.....oh I just LOVE shopping for you ladies!

Hi Mella,
Did you get my parcel yet? I sent the scarf off to you about 4 weeks ago now - it was to swap for a thimble and two sets of writing paper for my girls? I really hope it gets there soon and hasn't got lost along the way - maybe Christmas mail has slowed it down somewhat!

Hi Faith...well, I hear you ...Flylady does send a lot of e-mails....I have learned a lot from her though and right now, I am just takining things one step at a time......as for the sink reflections book, I do not have it and I would love to swap something Anne for it......I have dolls, writing paper, thimbles figurines and a windchime....if there is something else you would rather, let me know as the Anne storeis 15 min away from my house!!! thanks Faith, Mella

That's one of mine, too...
I've tried FlyLady and it was OK, but too many e-mails for me.
Now I am doing Large Family Logistics (even though I only have 3 kids) and I like it better, but it's so much more ME than any problem with anyone's 'system'...it's just me not DOING it (and sitting here on the computer instead..lol)
Melanie, I have flylady's book, "Sink Reflections".
Do you have it? If no, do you want to swap something 'Anne' for it?
Keep going at the organization stuff even if you don't feel you're making progress!
One thing I can say is that I'm still trying...I haven't given up on having order in my life...for me, that's huge, but it is hard not to get discouraged when I look around and things are still so out of sorts after so many years of 'trying'...sigh...oh well...
I'm off to try, try again!

hello to you all!! I have been down with the flu for about a week now. Can't seem to shake it, just when I feel better, it seems to creep its way back again..........anyhoooo, I am sure that I still owe people some Anne treasures as I found a box, jam packed with Anne items (no teacups yet though, will check again in the stores when I am feeling better) please, please forgive me and let me know who is missing what.......my new years resolution is to be more organized...I have been trying the FLYlady, hopfully she can help me. thanks again
