The above wool is from a brown sheep. Her name is Pocahontas.

This wool is from Salt (colors) and Pepper (grey - natural color). Salt is white and Pepper is obviously grey. I inherited this to learn to hand spin. I have no luck with it. It is a few years old now, so may need to be redone to be spun, but it ok to felt as is. I put a 12" ruler by the balls so you can see how big they are and estimate how much is there.

Check out the newspaper clipping of DD Dayton and our state representative - she was honored by our state legislature for not only earning all the Brownie try-its in the book but also another 50 Council's Own try-its from around the country. It was very exciting!
