The above wool is from a brown sheep. Her name is Pocahontas.


This wool is from Salt (colors) and Pepper (grey - natural color). Salt is white and Pepper is obviously grey. I inherited this to learn to hand spin. I have no luck with it. It is a few years old now, so may need to be redone to be spun, but it ok to felt as is. I put a 12" ruler by the balls so you can see how big they are and estimate how much is there.

P.S. Check out the newspaper clipping of DD Dayton and our state representative - she was honored by our state legislature for not only earning all the Brownie try-its in the book but also another 50 Council's Own try-its from around the country. It was very exciting!

What do you have in mind for barter?
