I went running and did some weights with my good friend Shannon yesterday. It was the most exercise I have done in a while and I feel great!! I am not even all that sore today! We are going running again just for a short run. I think I am going to get addicted soon!!

Nice, Cindy!!

I went running on Friday again and it felt great. I can really feel my body "waking up" so to speak. I am going to go run again tomorrow- and start a weight routine as well.

Good for you, Alee! I've been yoga almost every day and it makes me feel like a kid again. There's something about twisting your body into different poses that makes you feel happy.
