Hello Shelia,
Please visit the web site I have enclosed. I personally know and use their suggestions. I too have many health issues (I was house bound for 6 months) but when I follow their healthy eating style I blossom with energy and enjoy life to it's fullest.

I know the feeling of loss and am I ever going to feel better. The hardest part for me is not letting my mind take over and feeling sorry for myself. I really believe in the fresher your food, the more local your food, and cutting the starchy gluten filled carbs you will feel much better in a month. You might say it is too expensive but in the long run it cuts your medical bill and your prescription cost dramatically. I haven't had to go to the doctor in a year and I was going monthly if not more often and was on so many prescriptions and still felt like the walking dead. After starting their Green drinks in the morning and cutting refined processed foods to a minimum I am feeling so much better. I still have my days and I can usually blame them on indulgence in refined and processed food splurges. All of these suggestion with also help you control your diabetes. Take it one step at a time and have faith. We are all here to help and support you.

Sheila,

just wondered if you were taking probiotic daily or eating or drinking things that have them in them. Research has showed that alot of autoimune diseased are all linked to the stomach. Unhealthy stomach leads to an unhealthy body. I have IBS among other aches and and pains but find that when I keep probiotics in my system everyday it makes the world of difference in the rest of my body. When I am not on probotics my body feels bad. So if your not on them maybe give them a try just a thought.
Keep you chin up and do the best you can. Thats all any of us can do. Good luck and hope you feel better.

Go to the Bragg's website and look into using apple cider vinegar for an energy boost and it may have properties that lower blood sugar.

Sheila- it sounds like you got a lot done! Sometimes when I am feeling like I didn't get much done I write down everything I have done that day and realize it actually is a lot! Maybe that can help you too?

Sheila, I hope you get some good sunshine where you are and are able to just soak it up. It could be the winter blahs too. I feel SO much better when I can go out in the sun. It was sunny Monday and today and I was out on both days. But on cloudy cold days all I want to do is curl up under a bunch of blankets. You might try eating more potasium rich foods. And more protein. I remember hearing a lady telling a doctor about getting up in the morning and being so tired an hour later. He said she needed to eat eggs. Lots of eggs. So eat eggs! I sure hope something works for you and you start feeling better soon.

Hugs, Kris

Happiness is simple.

I have diabetes type 2 also. What else is wrong with you if you can say? Also this time of year you get depressed due to lack of sunlight, interaction, etc. I don't sleep well either. How old are you? Maybe you have a sleep disorder.

I have that checked every 3 months with the Diabetic check-up
they say it is okay.
I go back in about another month.
Alee
Yes, they checked that too.
Maybe it is because of all the things that is wrong with me.
I am old you know??? lol

hmm you might want to check out symptoms of thyroid disorders. I have a thyroid disease and because of it am susceptible to get other autoimmune disorders such as diabetes. Also this is vice versa, just a thought of course it could be something totally different as well. If you have multiple symptoms though you may want to check with your doctor.
