Ok..so some of us would like plastic surgery and other do not...so how about we do something we can ACTUALLY all participate in and enjoy.

Challenge for Week 1

Increase water intake, get rid of the caffeine or at least cut back, walk a total of 10 miles this week. 2 minutes of deep breathing right before bed and 1st thing in the morning.

Who's in???

I did about 8 miles this week in the gym. I also drank lots of water. My friend and I are joining a meditation group. I just read this for the first time today, so I haven't been able to do the breathing exercises, but it sounds great! I will try that too.

Day 3.. Walked 2 miles outside, which became very interesting when it started to pour rain about 1/4 mile out. I kept going & the last mile was uphill, so isn't that more like 3 miles? Then did 1/2 hour Pilates to stretch out sore butt muscles. Tap Tap Tap..Is this microphone on??

Day 2. Drove 150+ miles for work(do appraisals), came home, got on treadmill for 3 miles, 1/2 hour Pilates, then plies at barre(yes I have a ballet barre too, I have no excuse, however if I stepped into a ballet studio I fear the other people would need counseling upon seeing me)I did this while watching the World Figure Skating Championships..motivation watching all the skinny chicks.

I didn't get anything done other than yoga- we had SEVERE thunderstorms and Tornado watches since 7 this morning and now it is time to go get Charlie. Tomorrow I will push 3 miles of walking and some yoga.

OK Heather, I am in. I just realized I now have 2 spare tires instead of one. If I keep going at this rate, I will be able to retread my whole car. But I raise your 10 miles to 14, & add 3 1/2 hour Pilates sessions a week(or yoga or other stretching)Accept the challenge??
If not take a look at this pic.. I am her age.. SOOOO Inspiration has called..

Face exercises help! There are several books available on them. The exercises keep your face muscles fit and toned, just like exercising does for your body.
