Posted - Apr 10 2009 : 1:05:33 PM I did about 8 miles this week in the gym. I also drank lots of water. My friend and I are joining a meditation group. I just read this for the first time today, so I haven't been able to do the breathing exercises, but it sounds great! I will try that too.

Posted - Mar 28 2009 : 12:04:25 PM Day 3.. Walked 2 miles outside, which became very interesting when it started to pour rain about 1/4 mile out. I kept going & the last mile was uphill, so isn't that more like 3 miles? Then did 1/2 hour Pilates to stretch out sore butt muscles. Tap Tap Tap..Is this microphone on?? |

Posted - Mar 27 2009 : 3:00:30 PM Day 2. Drove 150+ miles for work(do appraisals), came home, got on treadmill for 3 miles, 1/2 hour Pilates, then plies at barre(yes I have a ballet barre too, I have no excuse, however if I stepped into a ballet studio I fear the other people would need counseling upon seeing me)I did this while watching the World Figure Skating Championships..motivation watching all the skinny chicks. |
