Hi Melanie, I have an extra starting book that has a list of the points for a lot of foods and I have a point finder to help figure out the points on other foods. There are also a few little weekly handouts that I can send you.. Yep, it is expensive and if I have extras, you might as well have them! Email me with your address.....

thanks Cindy Lee
and thanks Diana....I can't afford the monthly fee, but free is great! I went to the local W.W and it is $47.00 to join and then $15.00 a week to weigh in! Ouch!!

Melanie-you can go to www.weightwatchers.com and sign up. Of course if you use the e-tools there's a monthly fee, but you can join for free and glean lots of info from the message boards there.
