Posted - Jan 11 2009 : 9:01:48 PM Or Buttcamp as I like to call, as in get off your butt and challenge myself this week.
Here is my goals. 1. Walk 2-3 miles EVERYDAY- Goal is to hit 18 miles by next Sunday. 2. Do one Yoga/pilates video at night 3. Water, Water, Water, Water and did I mention water?!? 4. No junk food 5. Devote 20 minutes before bed to stretching and meditation.
Anyone else want to kick it into high gear with me???

Posted - Jan 12 2009 : 10:31:58 AM I'm right there with you Heather. I started my "Butt Camp" last week and have lost 4 pounds already! I know I'll probably slow down now on losing that much weight per week, but it has been inspirational for me to stick with it this week!

I'm starting the Walk away the pounds dvd. Wii Fit - started yesterday. Limit my diet pepsi intake. Up my water intake. I walk a lot weather permitting. Not when it's 10 degrees and a minus windchill. I'm a wimp.
Buttcamp here I come.

As much as I know that I need to be drinking water, for some reason it seems to be the most difficult thing for me...I bought a dancing video that I love and I have been doing that, as well as Core secrets ( using the body ball) and walking and eating RAW... SO, know you arent alone! it's "BUTTCAMP for me too.
