Posted - Jan 07 2009 : 04:39:23 AM I just saw a blerb on the news about reducing sodium and increasing potasium. More potasium can be found in bananas, fresh leafy greens, and dairy I believe. They suggested a piece of ww toast in the am w/pnut butter and sliced bananas. They also suggested a meal of plain yogurt w/sliced apricots, a spinach salad with sliced avacado, mandarine oranges, grilled chicken, and walnuts. Sounds good. Don't know if it helps.
