Posted - Jun 11 2013 : 4:02:40 PM Last July bought a 26 acre Amish farm in upper Missouri with all the accoutrements; house, barn, silos, outhouse. I am spending the summer on it working it. My dilemma is the weeds have gotten ahead of me. I didn't even bring the lawn mower - it wouldn't work on the problem if I had. Any suggestions as to what would be the smallest tractor/bush hog I could use to reclaim a weed infested pasture. It had been rented out to someone that planted soybeans on it last year. The weeds are just about chest high now. Not a lot of money left after buying the place and hauling half of what I needed out here. Any suggestions? Too late to plant corn as far as I know. No one around here has animals to run on it or wants to rent it. |
