Posted - Nov 18 2012 : 06:41:04 AM I found this small painting at a church rummage sale. It's not great art or anything, but there's something really sweet about the two of them.
My husband is not a fan so I can't hang it up on a wall anywhere (and honestly he's right, it's not really something that would go with the look of our house). I thought if I share it here, my little goosegirl might be appreciated. ;)
BTW, if any of you would like to give her a home I would gladly barter for something.

Posted - Nov 20 2012 : 05:00:13 AM Wow, 100 years?! I've heard that about parrots. It must be strange to have a pet that's so much older and wiser than its owners. And I know geese can be good "watchdogs". |

Posted - Nov 19 2012 : 2:37:36 PM So cute. I read that geese can live 100 years. They seem to be so smart and can be real sweet to some people. The picture is awesome. Laura
