How many extra birds should you order or hatch to get the number of adult birds you want?

Posted - Aug 15 2011 : 07:29:43 AM I have only ordered what I want, and the company will add one or two "bonus" chicks. I've lost maybe one out of an order of 25. Sometimes I lose none. When I do lose one, it's usually to splayed legs that doesn't allow them to get to the food.
