Posted - Jul 16 2013 : 9:44:27 PM ]Elizabeth is a farmsister that was on this site. Her son Jacob has cancer for several years. He just turned 8 and is on hospice now. We all sent them cards and gifts and quilts from blocks that several of us made and Diana pieced one together for Elizabeth and then made one of monkeys for Jacob. Please send them whatever you want and put them on all your prayer chains. Since her address is posted on Facebook I feel ok to post it here:

Posted - Jul 21 2013 : 5:14:32 PM Wow! Will definitely be praying! Does anyone know what Jacob is interested in? Is he bedridden or able to still get around and/or play? I want to try to get a care package ready, but want to make sure it is appropriate! |
