What check should we use?
This person is from another country, but is a citizen now.

Posted - Sep 24 2011 : 12:59:06 PM You need to have a life line background check done, that pulls up everything...this is what they use for foster parents, teachers, youth leaders, etc...

Posted - Sep 24 2011 : 09:31:38 AM The arrest record should still be available. It is usually only the conviction record that is erased from the public.
Your local state police office should be able to point you in the right direction for international records.
