Posted - Apr 30 2008 : 7:22:30 PM I am interested in bee keeping here in eastern New Mexico, but the locals who have tried it tell me the bees will starve to death in this area. Guess I will have to get my gardens up to snuff before bringing in the bees.

Posted - Jan 22 2008 : 12:43:13 PM That's great, Jen! My husband is attending his first "bee keeping" class this weekend and then he and I will attend in March with the state apiarist. I'm really looking forward to it, and this will be great reading in the meantime!!!
