My hubby and myself just got preapproved for a VA loan. We have 4 kids never owned our own home and want a farm (I was raised on a farm) problem is the homes are so expensive here where we live. We dream of having our own home with 4 bedrooms at least. If you have heard or know of a place please contact us!!! THANK YOU

As you know her: Holiday Angel Pauline (my mom) has a slide show on her blog "Pauline's Holiday Blog"...If your interested in seeing it! Its a school house built in 1920. That has been converted into a house! Its so unique and nothing like all the same ol same ol houses. Its pretty in person. Its almost 3000 sq feet! And has a shop to run our charity from and more.......

Ok they are doing a counter offer, so we are doing one back for only 5 less then they are offering. So looks like to me this will be our home!!! I won't get to excited yet until we know more. Will try keeping you updated if I don't have a heart attack first lololololol keep praying!

well it didn't end up actually getting submitted until yesterday (darn it) so hopefully we will know one way or another!!! the waiting is killing me! We have wanted our own home forever now. And now the waiting......I will post as soon as I find out if its good tears or bad ones....
