My hubby and myself just got preapproved for a VA loan. We have 4 kids never owned our own home and want a farm (I was raised on a farm) problem is the homes are so expensive here where we live. Well We found a perfect place for us! YEAH!!!! This saturaday we go see it and then we go make our offer! How cool is that! That was quick and just in time for winter!
Keep praying we just made out offer on the house! I am so nervious I can feel my heart stop! I am so excited and praying the seller takes our offer! HEHEHEEHEH EEEEKKKKK
well it didn't end up actually getting submitted until yesterday (darn it) so hopefully we will know one way or another!!! the waiting is killing me! We have wanted our own home forever now. And now the waiting......I will post as soon as I find out if its good tears or bad ones....
Ok they are doing a counter offer, so we are doing one back for only 5 less then they are offering. So looks like to me this will be our home!!! I won't get to excited yet until we know more. Will try keeping you updated if I don't have a heart attack first lololololol keep praying!

That has been converted into a house! Its so unique and nothing like all the same ol same ol houses. Its pretty in person. Its almost 3000 sq feet! And has a shop to run our charity from and more.......
