Hi Farmgirls,

I've always considered coloring to be therapeutic and have done that even as an adult. I have a kids coloring book in my office that I've colored in some time ago.

When I was just recently in Phoenix, visiting my daughter, Robin, we were looking at the adult coloring book selections at Michaels. Silly us, we didn't purchase any at the time but should have because we could have been coloring "together" when we were sitting and chatting.

But I stopped at the Michaels in Flagstaff on my way home for something else, looked at them again and purchased one. They are pretty detailed and it will be hard to use crayons, but coloring pencils will work well.

This is something I could do out in my glamper with a little music, cup of tea or coffee and my doggie, Bramble, by my side.

Here's the one I purchased. There is a coloring page inside of the sailboat. The colored heart is inside the back cover, but there is a coloring page for it too.

So, here we go . . . .

Hey there Farmgirls,
I know it's summer and you're probably in the midst of other things, but have any of you been coloring? I did while glamping with my daughter in June. Perhaps I'll get some pics posted sometime!
Anyone else?

They other night I posted 6 pictures on here and then "Poof" they were gone!

It took so long to find each one in my billion pictures that I take...that I just didn't
have the heart to re-post them. I will try again in a day or two.

Hugs and Blessings,
Peggy

I know you've been coloring as I've seen your pages on Facebook. How about sharing them here too?

These were even more pricey . . . $2.99 each! I like the idea, but not that much!

CJ I have seen them and thought they were a great idea...but the ones I saw were on the spendy side.
I think they were 4 bookmarks for $5.95. I got something from Amazon that I like more and they were
Blessing Cards to Color and Share (or I stick them in letters for others to color). They were 44 cards
for 4.99 a box (prime free shipping). I got the Blessings set and Creative Expressions set. I really
liked the quantity for the price. And the card size I believe is 3 x 4. They could be used as book
markers too.

I have some more pictures to download:

Well, I guess I didn't transfer them off my phone. Will get back on later and download them.

Hugs,
Peggy

My last three days worth of pictures. Yesterday was the first day I have been out of the house in
9 days and it was just for a couple hours at Barnes and Noble. Then today hubby and I went grocery
Shopping. Then I made some home made soup for a diet we are trying for 7 days. I still feel tired but
Much better than I have for days. Still not walking yet. Will wait until Monday before I start again...if
I can get the coughing under control.

Glad you got your UFO Project finished CJ! You go Girl!!!

Thanks for all the good wishes and prayers.

Love and Hugs,
Peggy

My UFO merit badge is FINISHED! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GLAD!!! Merit badge certificate received too! YAY!
Perhaps a bit of coloring in the next few days, if we have wet weather. Too early to tear up the garden to get ready to till. I don't want weeds coming up already!

Thanks Everyone for your good thoughts and prayers. I have been sick for 5 days now and everyday I feel
worse. Each new day I get some other symptom. Today I have been sweating profusely. I had to change
my clothes once because they were soaked. I told my husband that If I had pain anywhere in my body
like left arm, shoulder, back, jaw, etc with this profuse sweating I would think Heart Attack. But I've had
no other symptoms. ~ Anyway, besides coloring I finished a Pocket Letter Swap Project today. Because
of how I feel...it is probably the worst Pocket Letter I have ever done...but I did complete it. And it is
what it is...is all I can say.

Hugs and blessings,
Peggy
