First off, has anyone heard from Batzinthebelfrey? She was in upstate NY, right?? Sorry, I may not have her screen name spelled right. I've been wondering how she weathered (no pun intended) the storm.
Second, I bought some blouses one size smaller than I normally wear and....have been able to fit into them in the past few days!! YAY, me!! I've been eating Weight Watchers and using my Nordic Track. I have a WW cookbook and have learned to cook good food with less. The NT, I found at a garage sale for a whopping $10. The lady wanted it gone because she had bought a treadmill. I'll take the NT because it's quiet and doesn't impact my knees.
Thirdly, some health issues that I was having, seems to have gone bye-bye.
Welp, that's it for now. Just so proud of myself for losing enough weight to get into a smaller blouse and feeling pretty good! Now, to keep on losing a bit more. I like being a big heavy but I've been way too heavy for too long now. Getting back to comfortable.
Everyone, take care today!!

Posted - Nov 01 2012 : 07:27:58 AM Congratulations of your weight loss and fitting into your new blouses. With weight loss is feeling good. I need to lose some weight also, but thinking of waiting until after the holidays. It is too hard this time of the year to stick to a weight loss diet when the holidays arrive.
