To save a bit of time and bandwidth.

First off, has anyone heard from Batzinthebelfrey? She was in upstate NY, right?? Sorry, I may not have her screen name spelled right. I've been wondering how she weathered (no pun intended) the storm.

Second, I bought some blouses one size smaller than I normally wear and....have been able to fit into them in the past few days!! YAY, me!! I've been eating Weight Watchers and using my Nordic Track. I have a WW cookbook and have learned to cook good food with less. The NT, I found at a garage sale for a whopping $10. The lady wanted it gone because she had bought a treadmill. I'll take the NT because it's quiet and doesn't impact my knees.

Thirdly, some health issues that I was having, seems to have gone bye-bye.

Welp, that's it for now. Just so proud of myself for losing enough weight to get into a smaller blouse and feeling pretty good! Now, to keep on losing a bit more. I like being a big heavy but I've been way too heavy for too long now. Getting back to comfortable.

Everyone, take care today!!

Congratulations of your weight loss and fitting into your new blouses. With weight loss is feeling good. I need to lose some weight also, but thinking of waiting until after the holidays. It is too hard this time of the year to stick to a weight loss diet when the holidays arrive.
