We had potato and corn beef soup yesterday

Julie, they are similar but different. I LOVE leeks now. I would definitely recommend them. Somewhere between a green onion and a a white or yellow bulb onion flavour, I think, but yet very mild.

I love potato soup but I have never tried leeks. Are they much different than regular onions?
