Many of you know her well, many of you don't . . but she has worked HARD for us, with us and because of us here on FARMGIRL CONNECTION and FARMGIRL SISTERHOOD. She has played a MAJOR part in putting together the "Cluck" newsletter, MJF Magazine, Rural Farmgirl Blog, the Henhouse Chapters, all sorts of stuff for the Sisterhood and Merit badges . . .and the list goes on and on . . . and on an on!!!!![](icons/icon_smile_tongue.gif) ![](icons/icon_smile_tongue.gif)
As she told me we are "still sisters"!! SHE WILL BE MISSEDI]
SOOOOOOO . . FARMGIRL SISTERS!!!!! Let's shower her with notes and cards expressing our true blue FARMGIRL HEARTS OF LOVE, CARE and GRATITUDE!!!!!!!If you are willing TO COMMIT (ya' gotta commit ) to sharing with her. . . then EMAIL ME (ya' gotta email me ) and I will give you her mailing address. Please don't just post here .
THANKS!!! LET'S SEE WHAT A BUNCH OF FARMGIRLS CAN DO!!! CJ . . "FOTY" ..from the barefoot farmgirl in SW Colorado...sister chick #665

Posted - Jun 01 2010 : 8:36:17 PM Thanks again ladies. I continue to be overwhelmed with the love you all are sending my way. My son Cole, just graduated high school this past weekend, and he commented that I am getting more cards then he is....I didn't know it was a competition, but the competitor in me is grateful that your thoughtfulness has gained the attention of my 18 year old son.
As you can see I haven't gone to far. I can't imagine being so busy that I can't find time to pop in, add my 2 cents worth here and there and read my favorite bloggers.... Speaking of... I cannot wait to read Libby's adventures as the rural farmgirl, I just know that she will be amazing and that her tales will be great reads.
For those that have asked... the new job is going awesome... I love it. I will admit that it is taking me a little bit to get use to donning dress attire instead of my comfy jeans and flip flops. And it may be that not everyone I have encountered is as amused with my antics as the farmgirls would be, nor take a liking to my directness....But, for the most part..people have been awesome and welcoming. I found myself out in my vintage trailer tonight, writing away...I am excited about the creative outlets that continue to open up for me....I know that I haven't written the last tale from my trips down the dirt roads. To ensure that.. I finally traded off the "beasty" (my little white van) for a Navy blue 2010 Jeep Cherokee. She will be pulling my 1968 Aladdin trailer up to the Spokane River this weekend for a girls weekend with the Sisters on the Fly... (whom I am a proud member of), and just as you might imagine about a half dozen or more of my Prosser farmgirls are joining me. We are meeting up with some of our favorite girls from Snohomish and our sisters in Spokane.. the weekend will be one with lots of laughing I am sure.
So, that is the update from my little world. Thanks everyone... what an amazing send off it has been.

Posted - May 23 2010 : 07:25:50 AM Thank you ladies....I woke to a beautiful day here in Prosser. I am headed to church and then home to work in the yard as I prepare for my third (out of four), son to graduate high school next sat.. Party at my house....It is going to take some time to get use to heading out to the office 5 days a week.. but, I am grateful that it is a job that I am not chained to the old desk. Again, thank you. It is nice to know that you all knew I was behind the scenes doing little things.....

Posted - May 22 2010 : 9:42:21 PM Hey, some of you gals gave me a heads up on Face book that you were all chatting over here.... Yep, even though I am leaving my perch, I will still be in and out of the forum.
I have been volunteering for the Prosser Memorial Hospital Foundation for years, helping them with a few of with their huge event, and when they had a paid position open up they asked me to consider it. While I wasn't out there looking for a new job, the timing seemed perfect and I certainly didn't think I could pass up such a great opportunity. My job is in Community Relations, marking, and publication. Prosser farm girls are still going strong and we feel that we are just getting started... So if you are ever in Prosser stop on by, we try to post all of our shenanigans at www.prosserfarmgirls.ning.com.......and of course you can always find me on face-book or by emailing me at reneg@clearwire.net... thank you for the great send off, it has been a joy to serve such an amazing group of women...I am looking forward to shifting gears and spending some time focusing on my health, finishing my education in Holistic Nutrition and doing more writing, and more speaking engagements. I will certainly keep you all in the loop... thank you all for being such amazing women....and awesome sisters.
