Just thought I'd share with you that, MARY JANES Calendar says that FEBRUARY is "SPUNKY OLD BROADS" MONTH!!!!
How 'bout that . . . a month for farmgirls like me!!! YAY!!!!!

Her calendar also says that:
Saturday, FEBRUARY 6th is: "Celebrate Friendship" Day

It is: - NATIONAL EMBROIDERY MONTH
- INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP MONTH
- BLACK HISTORY MONTH

Happy February Celebrations!!!

Hey Annika
Like the "scare the neighbors" . . . but mine are so used to me, and they are such wonderful, good neighbors who all are weird in their own right that I probably couldn't scare any of them.
Love my weird neighbors!!

Diane . . . have you gotten any response from Brian at all?? I'd call the farm and see what you can find out!

THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!

CeeJay, I am so there! My favorite kind of tears are laugh until you cry tears. Way cheaper than going to a spa for a mud bath!
Stay tuned...film at 11:00! I am putting final touches on t-shirt design today...still waiting for Brian to get back to me about MJF.

I'm still spunky in my orange fuzzy flip-flops and big purple t-shirt.. I've been dust and clutter bustin' around my house and is it ever a non-stop job! Whew!

I would love to roll in the mud, hose off and have a girls only chatter fest on the porch...in my hot pink crocs , of course!

Love and laughter to all of my fellow spunkies!

I might have said this all ready, but I'm going to have one heck of a 50eth BD shindig, I so wish you all could come! Fabulous at 50 is my theme! Live bright, live true to you own self and scare the neighbours hee hee!

Yes, I think we should make mud-angels . . . I could probably find a spot where we could do it in the buff without spectators . . come on over!!!
Then we could come up to my house, use the garden hose to clean up, put on our t-shirt and crocs . . . and, well, hmmmmmmmmmm . . .

Sit on my deck and yak, yak and yak . . . laugh until we cry, enjoy snacks . . .take pictures . .
. . .do it all over again.

And not care one bit what the people driving by think!!!!
You're all invited!!!!

Kris if I went outside in my birthday suit, all the folks around here would have a heart attack! It would be quite a sight. I'm sure they all think I'm and little unusual at times, so rolling in the mud with my clothes on would be a little easeier on them.

I hope the weather is pretty this weekend, so i can ride around with the top off. Can't wait to get one of these t shirts. this blog puts you in the spunky feeling. thanks ladies for all the smiles you bring me. have a great weekend. Georgina

You know mud is supposed to be great for the skin! We could all do it nekked! That'd be really spunky, huh? I don't know though. All the mud around here is half poop. So Im not sure that would work to well. I'd have to find a better mud hole away from here and then it would have to be totally dark out. And in the middle of nowhere. And near a creek. Hum, I just had a flashback. I better stop now.

"Mud-Angels"...hmmmmm....doesn't have the same~zing~ does it? I did wear my flowered mud boots outside to work in garden the other day....That's pretty "Spunky" I think. Got 'em for my Birthday in the "dead of winter" about 5 yrs ago. I love 'em!

Hey girls, we've all been kind of idle the last few weeks. Time to get some spunkyness started! There's no snow anymore, guess I could go our and roll around in the mud. We have plenty of that. I am so ready for the nice warm weather. We did have snow over the weekend but it's gone now. Can't wait to see what Diane has come up with for our shirts. Well check in later.

Hey CJ, your very own laptop with DSL??!!!! Whoohooo!!!
It has been pretty quiet here hasn't it? I think we are busy getting ready for spring...flowers, gardens, and for me my very first flock of chickens!!!
I'm looking for a bright yellow pair of wellies to wear out in the yard, have the crocs, now I just need the boots, lol!
Getting ready for some target shooting this weekend, have to practice up to protect my hens, you know!
And, just waiting excitedly for Diane to give us the thumbs up for our t-shirts!
I'll have to think of something else spunky to do this weekend. ;)

Hey my Spunky Friend!!!!

How's is shakin' out there for you gals??
I'm off work today and tomorrow

Got our high speed DSL working properly last week . . .after, well, I won't tell you how long

Bought a laptop last week when my daughter was visiting and we went shopping . . .

Got my wireless router hooked up so I can play on my new toy (yea, I'm going give her a name, just not sure what yet . . . )
wherever I want to in the house and not tell my hubby to get off the computer.

Took my sweet pooch, Bramble, on a long "wog" today and wore my usual VERY UNFASHIONABLE walking attire. My neighbors are used to me . . .and love me anyway!!!

Now I'm trying to get digital camera card reader installed, but, alas, I think it's not going to work with this setup.

ANYWAY, haven't heard any latest shenanigans . . . now I know ya' gotta be up to something SPUNKY!!!

Hi, ladies, been so busy I haven't had a chance to get back here. Yucky weather here too. Can't plan anything, if you do it either snows or a torrent of rain comes down. Thanks again, Kris for the fun froggie tote to go with my Hot lime crocs. PICTURE COMING SOON! Need to find someone to take it! :D

I've been lurking and reading. I finally got my calendar (that'll teach me to look around a little more, huh?). I got my first tattoo and my navel pierced when I turned 50. I want a Harley, but DH knows my gracefulness so well that he really is not into that idea so much. I would also be interested in a shirt if it comes to life. I have so much fun reading some of these posts. Thanks ladies!
