Posted - Dec 15 2009 : 12:10:26 PM I had some of this yesterday, it is absolutey delicious, but very sweet. It's very easy to make, I checked online and there are lots of recipes for it. I'm going to have to make some.

Posted - Dec 15 2009 : 8:55:44 PM Thank you! If you make the candy let me know how you like it! I did see an Irish potato candy recipe that didn't have potatos in it, that would be the wrong one. The one I seen has mashed potatos and confectioners sugar and peanutbutter! But it sure is good. These were cut up in tiny rounds.
