I had some of this yesterday, it is absolutey delicious, but very sweet. It's very easy to make, I checked online and there are lots of recipes for it. I'm going to have to make some.

very soft, the ingredients are confectioners sugar, mashed potatos, and peanutbutter. It's soooo yummy

Thank you! If you make the candy let me know how you like it! I did see an Irish potato candy recipe that didn't have potatos in it, that would be the wrong one. The one I seen has mashed potatos and confectioners sugar and peanutbutter! But it sure is good. These were cut up in tiny rounds.
