Posted - Oct 30 2009 : 08:49:21 AM I have to admit, I have some favs too (animals). I had a love affair going with the giraffes for the first 10 days or so and then I fell in love with the hippo sounds. They are quite loud at night and along with the Bell frogs, I was in heaven. They make a lot of noise but I loved the duet they formed and fell gently to sleep each night. I wish I could have recorded that sound......darn. I have to say the baby elephants are the cutest though!!!! Little baby Dumbos.

Posted - Oct 29 2009 : 08:43:55 AM No Belle, I don't but I was fortunate to get to visit a village and two different schools which I hope to be involved in. I also have a email friend who is 18 who worked at one of the camps. She is heading off to college this next week, so I am excited about that. My goal in going was to connect with the people and I hope I can accomplish that. I will post pictures of the village and school later on my blog.
