It would be fun to know how some of you picked your MJ Farmgirl names. Some of them are quite unique.

Ranchetta was an accident...I thought once I was on the site I would get to come up with another, fancier name. LOL Duuuuhhhhh....is me!

So let's hear about your names.....!!!!

Sheep Mom 2 Posted - Apr 08 2009 : 5:42:02 PM
Over the years I've had all kinds of animals - chickens, pigs, cows (and of course the usual dogs & cats) but I always wanted sheep for spinning wool. I always told everyone that I wanted a farm animal that I didn't have to eat!! Sooooo....when I finally got my little flock, what else would I be?

Chessie was my first cat as an adult back in 1989, she was also our first cat as a married couple, we've had 7 cats over the last 20 years, but you never forget your first!...Chessie was a cute lil' stinker...need I say more?

I was born, raised, and still living in St. Louis, Missouri, which is known as the "gateway to the West." So I'm a gateway girl.

Lainey is the nickname my parents called me when I was little. Some family and friends still call me that.

Bellepepper Posted - Apr 07 2009 : 07:45:34 AM
My name is Belle and I love to garden. Love to grow bell peppers, hot peppers, tomatoes and greenbeans. One of my favorite dishes is sutffed bell peppers. I thought Bellepepper sounded better than Bellebean or Salsa something. Althought I can jalapeno peppers that we call Pistol Packin Mamma's bread and butter pickled jalapenos. Hot, sweet and sour. That would be me.
