Next week...

I am doing an emotional cleanse next week. The following I am doing a spiritual cleanse, then a health cleanse..etc..you see that pattern. But let's start with the first.

The first step is to start journaling. All the things that hold you back in life, or you think you do, things you dislike about yourself or what you think other dislike about you and at the end, you must, must must list 20 things...yes 20 THINGS...that are positive about you.

Then you meditate for 10-20 minutes, focusing on the positive things. Imagine surrounding yourself with abundance, love, happiness, self acceptance, even a bikini, climbing a moutain...anything that conjures up a positive emotional reaction.

Next, you write words, glue pics, even fabrics that effect your mood and promote positive emotional feelings to a board or even a large piece of paper. Place a pic of yourself in the middle.

Lastly, say a little prayer, chant, or just think good thoughts and thank whoever or whatever you believe in for given you a positive emotional attitude.

You can add your own personal touches, this is just a guide. You can light candles, add music, do a dance...whatever.

Anyone want to join me???

Good morning to everyone. I wish you many blessing. Today is a beautiful day here and I am off to start my journal of self exploration. I am grateful to be sharing in this journey with all of you. It is odd, isnt it that for me at least, it is easy to find things about myself that I dont like or that I think others may not like about me...they are right at the forefront of my brain..but so much harder to acknowledge those qualities about myself that I do like. HUGS to all.
