Posted - Feb 03 2008 : 10:44:29 AM Has anyone read the recent news articles that have been talking about the agriculture crisis in China right now? With China's population growing, they have been having to build over traditional crop lands. The news article that I read said that instead of exporting grains, they will probably have to become one of the world's largest importers as soon as this year! Plus they are having a pork meat shortage!
I am going to talk with my husband about investing in some agriculture futurities because no matter what else happens, the world has to eat, right?
