Posted - Aug 15 2007 : 11:01:54 AM I received a wonderful surprise all the way from France. A lovely picture of an old Monastery in lavender fields and a package of Cosmos all written in French. I wonder if they will have a French accent when they bloom. Nance said maybe not but they will have ATTITUDE. ha. The monastery is posted on my Holy Houses blog. MB

Posted - Aug 15 2007 : 11:27:22 AM MaryBeth, I'm delighted with your holy houses blog! How did you come to do this? I can send you a photo of the little church I pastored in NY if you'd like. It was originally erected for the Native Iroquois by the traveling Methodist circuit preacher back in the day and is still a Methodist church. When I pastored it about 13 years ago, I had some members who were descendents of those originals.
