Posted - Aug 13 2013 : 1:14:10 PM I planted peppermint this year and was looking forward to lots of peppermint tea this winter. However when I dried a batch a few weeks ago, it did not have much minty flavor. I had bought a bag at our State Farm Show and it is so good. What went wrong? Do I need a specific type of peppermint plant? Did I dry it wrong? Any suggestions? Thank you to all.
