Posted - Jul 17 2013 : 4:02:47 PM My father always loved the image of lavender fields so this year I grew a few plants that grew beautifully! Today I harvested the flowers to use at home and it was a bit emotional since dad has only been gone three months. But I know he is smiling.

I am sorry for your loss. The lavender you harvested is beautiful and I am so glad that it has helped to connect you with the memory of your father. Sending thoughts of peace.
