Last year I was able to harvest twice and the plants were lovely---a little close to each other but the harvest was grand. This spring the were looking pretty beat up after our harsh winter; splayed out and a lot of tough looking growth with just a minimal amount of green at the end of the branches.
Anyone else grow Munstead? Was I too zealous in my pruning?
