Posted - Feb 07 2008 : 06:21:35 AM Well, I had some old potatoes in the back of the pantry that I forgot about and was going to throw them away. My dad told me not to went and cut them up a little and planted them. He just wanted to see if they would do anything. What do you all think. Will anything come of it? |

Posted - Feb 07 2008 : 07:01:04 AM They should work fine. My mom put potato peelings in her compost once (long time ago) and she had potato plants everywhere!
I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by. ~anon |

Posted - Feb 07 2008 : 06:41:20 AM The best potatoes we ever grew were ones that I had bought, put in the basement and forgot were there. They had sprouted so we planted them. They work just fine.:)
