Thought I'd start a new thread and maybe give and get some ideas.
I made a meatloaf with potatoes and roasted carrots and brussel sprouts. It sure smells good in here! |

Karen,
We do once a week eating out and that is usually Sunday afternoons with friends.
I'm thinking that hamburger soup sounds good for tonight. With the snow and cold it seems like a good meal! Maybe add some cornbread as well. |

| Sheet pan dinners are recipes where you put all your ingredients on a sheet pan and bake. If you search Pinterest for recipes you will find a tons. They are super easy and using pretty fast! :) |

| I got a bag of snowman and snowflake shaped pasta from Candy in the Snow swap. It's just a different shape. The chicken turned out well. I kept it in the oven a bit longer than the recipe and turned down the heat to keep it warm. |

Oh Vanessa, I don't know why I didn't think of that.
Chicken tortilla soup tonight. Tomorrow I'm making a BBQ pork loin and then on Friday or Saturday we'll have pulled pork sandwiches. |
