I love little kittens and they are both so cute! How about “Boo” since it’s almost Halloween?

Great names ladies. Heather I love your Little Bit. Mine tries to follow me everywhere. Because I am not home much right now and there is a lot of truck activity in the yard, I have mostly been keeping her locked in the vet room. Only bringing her in for a bottle or a bath. She quickly got used to sitting in front of the fireplace to dry off. Today I gave her soft canned food and her formula in a bowl, she ate both well, but is really letting me know she wants a bottle. Hopefully we can get her weaned off the bottle because she can be pretty time consuming.

A little rain can straighten a flower stem. A little love can change a life.

Those were some wonderful projects Laura!! I bet your retreat was wonderful.

It's certainly looking like fall around here. The deere are out everywhere and there's been a few ghost sightings early in the morning:

It Rained! There is nothing a farm wife loves more than a few rain days during harvest! After I sit on the porch and savor my second cup of coffee, I am going to tackle the messy kitchen, laundry and change the bedding. Than I am going to take a nap! Great pictures Heather and Laura it looks like your retreat was fun.

An autumn walk in the woods:

While Nathan was hauling a load of manure in the field I wanted to see if I could find any maple trees in the woods to tap this winter.
Here's what I found:

A bunch of wonderfully big oak trees and tiny little maple trees LOL!

But in the 10 minutes or so it took Nathan to unload I managed to take 192 pictures!!!! It made me wonder - what would you do if you money wasn't an issue? I would be a photographer LOL!

Oh Heather you are a great photographer now just not getting paid for it:-) But, you do take absolutely amazing photos always and these Autumn ones are no different. Just Spectacular! And the photos you take of your cows and kitties, I wonder sometimes how the heck you were able to get the fabulous ones that you do get.
So, thank you for always sharing them with us.

Little Bit is turning into a big bit but now I'm feeding Rascal:

Sorry it's a little blurry - neither of them hold still for long.

How is everyone coming with Christmas decorating?

I haven't started yet. I will probably put out a couple of Advent things after Thanksgiving and might do my kitchen and living room next week. The tree won't go up until after the 15th.

I started decorating Nov. 1st, I was ready. I have 3 small trees up, the first in my kitchen is my red and white European tree and I can keep it up for Valentines Day. The 2nd small one is in my craft room, it has crows and angels. The 3rd is in my dining room and it is just a traditional tree. The big one that goes in the Family room will go up about the first week end in Dec. Then hubby decorates a tree outside on the side of the driveway. Since this is our Neice Erin’s first Christmas home in 5 years I wanted it to be special.
Have a Beautiful Thanksgiving week Wildflowers and have a Blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.

Big Hugs,
Debbie

I love it Debbie, I’m getting inspired to start inside. I will have to wait til after Thanksgiving to decorate outside.

CA-UTE kittens Heather!! The feral kitties I feed just had 4 and they are so precious but no more for our home! 4 is more than enough for indoor cats!

Debbie, love the trees! Inspiring for sure but we are putting ours up right after thanksgiving so Danny can enjoy a couple weeks before he heads out again. He'll miss nearly the entire month of Decemeber and New Years day. :(

Debbie, I love all your trees! I will have a lot up too but I won’t start to decorate until after Thanksgiving.
