1. Who is/was the biggest influence in your life? Were you a child or adult when this person impacted your life? My Granny, mostly as a child.

2. What is your favorite season? Summer, the weather is pretty fair most of the time unless it hot inland and then it gets foggy here. Fall is a pretty time of year hear though .

Why?Fall because the leaves turn color and the weather usually stays pretty nice.

3. What is your dream vacation destination? Who would you take with you? If I went on a dream vacation, it would probably be to Florida then to Italy, taking my daughters with me

4. Given the chance, what would you tell your younger self?
Stay alert enjoy learning more new things.

5. Share three things you love about your life.
God is in my life
I live in a beautiful place
My friends and family

6. What is your favorite part of being in the MJF sisterhood?
My many Farmsisters, they are precious!

7. How did you come to live in the area you are in? I move here with my husband in 1974 from Colorado, he had family her It’s a small County and in the Redwoods and mountains and the ocean

8. How far from home have you traveled?
I have been down to Mexico, up as far as Toronto Canada, and over to the East Coast, when I was a kid.

9. What is your favorite things to grow in a garden? Fruits, Veggies, Flowers?
Veggies are the easiest to grow for me

10. What Merit Badges are you currently working on? What has been your favorite badge earned to date?
Not done

11.What is on your 2024 Bucket List? (read more books, explore a place nearby you’ve never been before, etc)
Have picnics, read more books and paint more rocks and other art.

Karen :)

To quote one of my past preschoolers “Not one of those Karens, but a good Karen”! Haha

Darlene, I enjoyed hearing more about your life . It is always fun to know more about people you interact with but don't really know much about them. Thanks for sharing !!
