Our weather has been all over the place and the garden is confused. I should be busy canning but nothing is ready so I tried something new this year: I made some herb infused oils. Some for cooking and some for health/beauty stuff.
I also made some tinctures:
I wish I had more time to take my herb books to the woods, fence rows, and fields and see what I can find and what it's good for!

Those look beautiful! I've been wanting to try flavored oils, but haven't yet. I'll have to google some recipes and give it a shot.
What kind of tinctures do you make? I'm starting to get into herbal remedies, etc and would love to hear what you made and how you are using them.

Looks amazing Heather!! I love herb infused oils. One day I will get around to making my own. Which one is your favorite? I love all the stuff your make from herbs and such. I want to learn more of this stuff.
