I received Jean's sweet package when I got home this weekend. I wanted to share all the goodies - her embroidered envelope and the appliqued Sunbonnet Sue towel are beautiful. Will definitely enjoy this next month with all this patriotic happiness.
Jean isn't able to access our boards so I have sent her a photo and thank you. I'm mailing her package tomorrow so once that is in her hands, I share a photo of what I'm sending to her.

Debbie Carr!! I just got home last night! Opened my package this morning and my mail!Thank you incredibly much for my fun 4th of July patriot paxkage!! I'm hanging the tin with flowers on my front door! Yours will be in the mail 1st thing in the morning. Forgive me but a vacation and my husband's return from Africa got me headspunning busy!!

Sorry for the delay in posting, Denise, but I got your wonderful box a couple days ago and I love it! The pillow cover is really neat, I can't wait to hunt down a pillow form to fit it. Can never have too many reusable shopping bags and the crocheted dishcloth, potholders, and coasters are lovely! The window clings and sparkly paper straws will definitely be festive for our celebration this year, as will the star ice molds and dish towel. Thank you again, and I'm glad you liked your goodies as well. This was a fun swap! |

Oh Laura, what a delightful package I received. I absolutely adore everything. Did you stitch the adorable mini cross-stitched pillows yourself? And the little crystal pincushion, the poppers, the candle, the stars . . . everything so sweetly packed in a darline box that I have a perfect place for in my sewing room. But the wonderful, wonderful mini charm pack. Wherever did you find it? Perfect for those little applique pieces so often needed for machine embroidery projects. Thank you, thank you sew much -- I LOVE LOVE everything. Wish I could get into the chatroom to post a picture. Maybe I could send a message through Debbie. Thanks again,

Debbie, I got to the post office today and your surprises were waiting for me!!! Thank you SO much…. I love everything!!! The garland that you made and the slow stitching banner are sweet , I love that you made them yourself. Straws, napkins, sparklers and a t shirt to wear to the 4th of July parade!!! I just loved this when I read it, so many of you are Farmers, Homesteaders with Chickens, Cows and Kitties. An exciting, rewarding and difficult job that y’all love. I admire each of you and appreciate all of you.
