October, my favorite month!
It starts with my mothers birthday on the 6th, then mine on the 7th, and today the 27th is my Daddys birthday. Of course they have been gone for a long long time...but I still miss them.
So naturally I love October, especially when we enjoy cool crisp mornings, like today's 49°.I also love the blessing rains that fall about once a week.
Enjoy your AUTUMN/FALL everyone.

October - the month that starts out hot and ends up cold. One of my two favorite months. It was 42 here last night; 20 degrees cooler than less than two weeks ago. The light has changed too; can't quite put it into words but it is softer. Our trees haven't changed yet but I can tell they are thinking about it.

Denise, your porch looks perfect for Fall! Mums are some of my all time favorites too. I love the colors you have placed together as well. Beautiful!

Carole, the fair that you went to sounds like fun and just up your alley too. I bet it was a lovely fall weekend way up there in Vermont. Good luck with your new classes and I hope you enjoy the degree process. It will be an adventure for sure!

Thanks Winnie, We've had a gorgeous Autumn this year. The weather has been marvelous! You just reminded me that I need to visit my local apple orchard. For me Winnie = apples! LOL

Cheers!

We both early-voted yesterday. So glad that is over for us.

Pouring down rain today. Supposed to last most of the day.

I mailed mine Wednesday. Now I wish for all the adverts on tv to go away; we are so sick of hearing the same ones over and over.

Send some of that rain our way; we haven't had a good rain in a year.

I agree - seems that for the past many years the ads are more who not to vote for instead of who to vote for. It gets very nasty sometimes and I don''t care for that.

Raining hard here - we need it, so that's good and we are staying in.

I am taking my Ballot to the Main voting box, I at least know it gets in there. Not sure about the mail anymore.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done.
Philippians 4:6

Just follow God unquestioningly.
Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.
