Oh look what came in the mail yesterday and so appropriate too! I do indeed feel ike I am moving mountains!

Thanks Wanda Sue for such a great rock - and I love knowing that it came from your trip to Virginia.

And can you please tell me where you found the sweet chickadee card? My sister just loved it and we'd like to find some more.

Laura I am so glad you like it and it fits your situation. The card was the last one from a set that I bought at a thrift store. It is beautiful, and had a different bird on each card. It was a partial set of 4/6, and I thought I would frame them at first. I’ve had them a while and just decided to share the beauty with farm sisters. There might be some info on the back that might help locate them.
A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

My Secret Swap Partner was Laura, she can paint too! I love it Laura a MAma Hen among the Wildflowers just perfect! Thank you so much!

I just had to post this Rock that Heather made as well, I was not here partner but she said the rock reminded her of me. My ocean with seagulls flying, I love it too. She also sent me two Blackberry Recipes which will go in Julys newsletter. Thank you Heather , you girls do spoil me:-)

I sooooooo wish I could take credit for the beautiful seagull rock, but it wasn’t me ! The recipe says Heather, so I’m assuming it was her …great job and waaaaaay better than I can do !!!

Glad you enjoyed it Debbie :) It was super easy to paint - you both could do it if you tried. I know because I surprised myself by painting it LOL! I usually have great pictures in my head but somewhere along the way to my hand they get all messed up LOL! The one I saw for my inspiration had a palm tree on it - I practiced and practiced on old newspaper - I couldn't do it LOL!

Love the mountain and mama hen! Great job ladies :)

I received my rock from Darlene today along with some bonus teas. It’s very pretty with the sparkling blue all around like fireworks, and the best part is how she personalized it with love, from California to North Carolina!! Thank you so much Darlene, this is my first ever painted rock.
A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.
