This is where I'm going to keep track of everyone's name suggestions for the twins. I'll allow 3 entries per person so you can get your families involved if you want :) I'll also keep an eye on the farm fun thread for anything that gets put in there.

Here are the ladies we're naming:
I'll have to come back and try again later. The upload fairies must be too hot to work today LOL!

There they are :) I'll keep this open through the month unless all the wildflowers pick names before then. If you come up with a "better" suggestion after you pick 3 let me know and I'll change them if you want :)

So far these are the entries I have:

Wanda Sue
Dewdrop and Snowflake

Debbie F.
Ying and Yang - for Kent
Wildflower and Sunflower
Sky and Blue

Denise
Morning Glory and Moonbeam
Daisy and Violet
Lacey and Louise

Krista
Riverlyn and Lakelyn
Splish and Splash

Debbie K.
Splash and Puddles
Sunny and Shadow

Shannon
Violet and Iris

Laura
Ebony and Ivory
Chloe and Zoe

Darlene
Anabell and Flora
Iris and Sweetheart
Dusk and Dawn

Looking forward to all the names you come up with! I'll come up with a fun prize for the winner :)

I finally got the picture to upload :)
Krista - I added above that I'll keep it open through the month. I won't get the prize done before that anyway LOL!
Denise - like Debbie said, three entries per person. I added Shelby and Charlotte to your list.
Debbie - I added Sky and Blue to your list. I added above that if you come up with any names you like better let me know and I'll change the list through the month.

I'm really enjoying this! Thanks for having some fun with me :)

Got it Denise :)

Debbie - mama's name is Raindrop. Because she used to stand in her hut, with just her head poking out, and stick her tongue out (like you do when you try to catch snowflakes) every time it would rain.

Soooooo I talked with the kids about your cows, and they said we should name them Wildflowers since that is our group, and rain (Raindrop) makes the flowers grow. The one looks like it has a heart on her head and the other looks like it has a long leaf on its side. So we looked up Spring wildflowers for Ohio. We came up with:
Black with heart: Violet (for the Violet Wood Sorrel)
White with long leaf: Iris

Oh my goodness Shannon, I was showing the twins to my granddaughter Violet and she said the should be Daisy, the white and Violet for the black one.
Heather,
I'll have to change Shelby and Charlotte to Daisy and Violet.

I'll get this updated later today - I have a bunch of peaches that need canned. I love the names you're coming up with. It's going to be hard to pick! I'm going to have to have Nathan's help with this LOL!

Ok this is fun, and they are beautiful!
Here are my 3 choices,

Anabell and Flora
Iris and Sweetheart (for the heart on her forhead.)
Dusk and Dawn. (One is white one is black)

That was fun.

There are a couple names that are already in use on our farm - if you would like to change your submission you can:

Krista - we currently have a Fiona (it's Freya's mom)

Laura- we currently have a Lucy and Ethyl

There are some other names we've used in the past but it's been long enough we could use them again.

I chose Fiona cause it means white lol. I can’t remember if you told me about Freya's moms name. So my replacement will be Livna ( Hebrew word for white).

First I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for making this so much fun. I love all the names you came up with and it was way harder than I thought it would be to pick a winner! After a little debate we decided on BRRRRRRRRRRRR (that was a drum roll LOL!)

Dewdrop and Snowflake! Congratulations Wanda Sue for submitting the winning names :) I will get a fun little package sent your way next week sometime. I'll let you know for sure when I make it to town.

Make sure to check in on the farm fun thread in the future - I'm sure there will be new calves receiving some of these wonderful names.
Thanks again everyone!
