Hi Linda! It is lovely to be here!

Darlene - Thank you! How are you doing???

Denise - I miss things being closed on Sundays! We try so hard not to go anywhere that requires money, on Sundays! The only thing we need to get every once in awhile, is gas. It is usually because we had planned to go to town earlier than that (Friday or Saturday) and didn't make it...

Debbie - Hello dear friend! I actually haven't started crafting yet. I did go to breakfast this morning and then did some Bible journaling.

I just ordered 2nd batch of Christmas gifts from Amazon. So easy. Enjoy your crafting (or the kids crafting), Shannon.

Marilyn,
Glad to see you are able to get back on your computer.
Babysitting the oldest and two younger this morning as one had an appointment. Traded the one out for another due to her afternoon appt. Keeps my daughter hopping. They have been very good. They have this week off from school for Thanksgiving break so are taking turns with sleepovers until Thursday. Their other grandparents are coming for the weekend. The oldest one wants to help decorate our tree this year so we may get it up and have to wait for her to have a free day. Will see how that goes. JT is off today and is getting somethings caught up for me. I finally started getting my crafts, etc. organized.

Thinking of Sherry during this time. I'm sure these holidays are going to be so hard for her.

Hi Marilyn! How are you? We are doing alright. i cannot believe Thanksgiving is just a couple days away! Lots of cooking to do, but we are actually a little warm right now, so i'm not real enthusiastic to heat up the kitchen!

We are fine Shannon. Very slow now, arthritis is really acting up with my hands and back. My hubby will be 80 in mid January...so he is moving slower too.
Did you hear that we have a great grand baby? He will be a year old, ten days before his great grandpa will be 80. He is so cute. We will get to be entertained by him Thursday. He
rawls everywhere and pulls up...but no interest yet in walking or running.
Shannon how old are your kids now? Don't you have one who is about college age?

Shannon, so good to hear from you and catch up a bit on what has been happening out there in Wyoming! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Sherry, prayers for you and your family for this upcoming season . It is hard to lose a loved one during a major holiday .

Marilyn, it its great to know your computer is finally cooperating! It is frustrating trying to get that all straightened out! I am sorry to heat that your arthritis is flared up. It is really hard to do things when your joints are all screaming.

Marilyn - CONGRATULATIONS on your great-grandbaby! That is amazing! I am so very happy for you!!!! Little ones bring such joy! I'm so sorry to hear your arthritis has gotten so bad though! Are you able to find relief at all? Let's see if I can catch you and everyone else up on my kiddos.... My oldest is now 18. She graduated high school last year. She actually did dual enrollment, so she should have her associate degree the end of this year or after the summer. She has already had her first children's book published!!! THe next kiddo is almost 16 (December 2nd) - y'all if you could please praty for him - he struggles with some major sin/heart issues! The next kiddo is 14. He is still our "work-horse" - always ready to do some physical labor. He still loves woodworking and is so very good at it! The next kiddo is 12 - she is boy crazy, which is a new thing for me to deal with! She still struggles with her JRA but is getting better at working around it. The next one is 10 - he is trying to find his place in being helpful and playing at different times, lol. The next one is 8... she loves to do things with the animals. THe next one is 6... learning to read more, is a cuddlebug, and eager to help. The youngest is four... she is so very ornery, and melts my heart! She tells me every day that I am her best momma <3

Darlene - did you finally have your surgery?????

Sherry - I am praying for comfort <3

Winnie - It is nice to be on here! Things here in Wyoming are alright. It was a hard gardening year due to the drought, but we had a great cabbage harvest, raised 4 pigs, got about 80 meat birds in the freezer, and the goat herd is doing well.

Shannon -

It is so nice to hear from you in the henhouse again. And also great to hear how your children are doing. I'd be interested to know what the name of your daughter's published book is, if you can let us know.

My sister did the illustrations. She took photos from our homestead and turned them into illustrations.

Marilyn,
Are you still taking the CBD for your arthritis? Hoping you find something to give you relief. Arabica cream is the only thing I've found that really helps.
