I saw some crocus for sale and blooming in the store the other day. They were also selling Blue Hyacinth too. I haven't seen them in years. It was nice to see them.

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.
Tell God what you need, and thank him for what he has done.
Philippians 4:6

Just follow God unquestioningly.
Because you love Him so, for if you trust His judgment there is nothing you need to know.

My hyacinths and daffodils are up. I'm just hoping they don't bloom too early.

I put a few spring things out today. My heart still isn't into doing a lot of decorations. Years ago a neighbor crochet coverings for colored plastic eggs. I have ten - stood 8 up on a cake stand in china cabinet. One sits on tea set creamer and the other in a little spring thingy. Several little spring things dot the shelves and a little springtime book sits in a bowl that matches the cake stand. That's my inside décor. Now to decorate the front porch. I find I have more fun "fixing" up the porch than I do the house.

One of my daffodil's already bloomed. Then the heavy rains hit. Now the others may be drowned out. Boo hoo!

How I wish we grew daffodils and other spring bulb flowers!! We had a yard full of them growing up in Virginia and I miss them at Spring time so much!! Hehehe, you should see me each week sniffing all the bulb flowers at the grocery store!! LOL!!! I can't help myself. I too have put out a few spring themed items like my chicken with eggs in a bowl. I also filled up my old Easter basket with hay and gourds for the front porch. One of the gourds was made into a carrot and I have two fake, but realistic radishes in the mix as well. It gets so sunny and hot on the porch that nothing real likes to live there. I also found a new flag to hang that has birds and flowers. It can stay up all summer if necessary, because you know me.............come September 1, I am hauling out the Fall stuff and apples everywhere!!

I can't believe February is almost over. This month has flown by quickly, it seems.

Winnie,
I'd love to see a picture of your basket. Is it a big one? I spent time on Pinterest yesterday but forgot I was looking for porch decorating. I ended up in the recipes. LOL

Spring comes later on for us here in Michigan. It's been beautiful here the last couple of days. Hung laundry out yesterday. Today was just as beautiful. 60 degrees and sunny. Liked not having to wear a coat. Tomorrow rain turning into snow. A lot of it too. Oh well at least the sheets smell and feel wonderful.
