I might do unprocessed kitchen. Actually, this morning I took out a recipe for homemade cheese crackers. That qualifies, so I think I'll try that.

Erin...I would LOVE to see the pictures of your mosaic projects!!! I was just reading about those yesterday and had no idea what I would do for those badges. I'd love to see what you came up with!

I'll post the pictures here Debbie when I take them. I did make cheese crackers today and I'll post that when my ipad is charged. I just realized that I already have the beginner badge for unprocessed kitchen, so I'll go for intermediate. I'm pretty sure I made granola cereal for the beginner level, so now I just have to do one more replica of a processed food to apply for that badge.

Here are my cheese crackers I made.

1 1/2 cups cheese shredded
4T butter
3/4 cup flour
1/4 t salt
Sea salt for sprinkling

Blend in food processor until it forms a ball. Roll to 1/8" and cut into cracker sizes. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes on parchment paper. Cool on rack.

Oh they really do look good Erin! I miss dairy :( But I'm learning to enjoy goat milk and use it in different recipes... Wonder if I could make those gluten free and use goat cheese.. Hmmmmm

So far for the month, out of the goals I set for myself, I finished the expert level for the Apron badge. As soon as I find my cord to download pictures, I will apply for that badge :) I still have not started my embroidery badge though! I designed what I want to do, but I haven't done it yet!

Ladies - I am a slacker!!! This month is more than half gone and I have not started my beginner project for embroidery or my intermediate for the quilting! I have read books for other badges, so I should be able to apply for those... but I am a slacker!!!

Lol Shannon! I don't think I could call you a slacker with a straight face! I need to make one more unprocessed thing for my badge. I think I might make graham crackers today. Maybe. The end of March is rapidly approaching!

Last night I got ambitious and pulled out my embroidery stuff. I had designed a sampler some time ago... and I started stitching it last night. Still working on it today, but I'm thinking by the end of the weekend it should be done! I must admit - I'm quite proud of myself ;)

Oh how weird! There's no port you can use at all? I've never heard of such a thing! What a bummer!

Well I am a bit of a last minute girl, but I did get it done before the end of March! Here are the graham crackers I made last night. Some of them got a little too toasty, but I didn't have any complaints. The kids love them!

My embroidery sampler is done.... I still have a couple days to make the quilt for intermediate, unless I count the blanket I made for Emi for Christmas... which I might.... I just never applied for it. Hmmmm is that cheating???

I don't see why it would be cheating as long as it meets the requirements! :)

Ha! Well I thought of it as applying for the badge is the March challenge, whether you had to earn it or already had. I don't think it matters if you actually did it *in March* or not.
